Start your hike through the Homestead Heritage Traditional Craft Village with a tour of the Homestead Heritage Potter's house. There you can watch the potters up close as they work bringing pieces of pottery through the various stages of kneading the clay, throwing it on the wheel and glazing it for firing. And there you will also see the finished pottery beautifully displayed all around in the large pottery building. From the Potter's House you can go to the near by wood shop, blacksmith shop and gift barn, deli, gristmill and Model Homestead Farm.
